How
long will it take for my order to arrive?
Most orders are shipped within 1 to 5 business days of receipt. Weekends and holidays may slightly delay your order. If you have a rush order, use our contact form to request priority handling (please include your order number). Every attempt will be made to accommodate you.
Delivery transit times (once
shipped):
- UPS Ground: 1-7 business days depending on location.
- UPS 3 Day SelectSM: 3-4 business days.
- UPS Next Day Air Saver®: 1-2 business days.
- USPS First Class envelopes and flats (less than 13 ounces): 3-9 business days.
USPS does not guarantee delivery times for First-Class Mail.
For your protection, please note that some orders may require a signature confirmation on delivery.
How much does shipping cost?
UPS shipping is calculated in
real time based on weight or dimensional weight (for bulkier items), as well
as the destination address. Some smaller items, such as book orders weighing
a total of 13 ounces or less, may qualify for less expensive USPS First Class
shipping.

American Express, and Discover.
What
is your return policy?
American Music offers
a 15 Day Satisfaction Guarantee.
If you are not completely satisfied with any product (see below for some exceptions), simply return it within 15 days (of receipt) for a refund, credit, or exchange.
The original sales receipt is required for any return. All returned items be complete with all original packaging, components and documentation and show no signs of use or wear. Items not in "as new" condition may not be returned or could be subject to a 15% restocking fee at American Music's discretion.
The following items are returnable only if defective, unopened and/or unused: strings, picks, reeds, earplugs, drumsticks, drumheads, cleaners, polishes, polishing cloths, recorders, all whistles (tin, siren, slide, etc…), jaw harps, kazoos, and harmonicas.
Software, CDs, & DVDs may be returned only if defective. These items will be
exchanged for the exact same item only. Unsealed, copy protected materials such
as sheet music and music books cannot be returned or exchanged.
Shipping is non-refundable.
